He definitely has his moments of acting pretty punch drunk, which is kind of funny and sad to see on a baby. So Phase I ends today with a six day break to follow before we move on to Phase II. Hopefully, the next few days will bring back part of his appetite, give his body a chance to shed the water weight, and let his body's chemistry settle before the next phase.
Kelptyn may be going down a road less travelled, yet in less than a year he has already shown us the courage, strength, wisdom, and pure joy that some people search for their whole lives. We are blessed to be a small part of his HUGE journey. The countdown to transplant day continues.
