My Mom and Dad told me that you will be walking for me tomorrow. As I lie here recovering from yet another surgery (I'll spare you the details), I wanted to thank each one of you for your thoughtfulness, time, money, and selflessness. The National Bone Marrow Program is helping me find a donor match to save my life. Your donations will aide this organization in delivering life saving marrow to many that are fighting for a cure from all kinds of diseases.
To all of my family/friends/people I have yet to meet, that have heard my story and signed up to be a donor, you have earned my highest level of respect and sincere gratitude. I hope one day to get a phone call saying "Remember your fight, well I signed up to be a donor then and today I got a call. I'm a match. I'm the ONE!"
Tomorrow morning when you wake up early to start the day, know that my family is with you in spirit and picture me walking beside you next year. Walk hard, walk strong.
Much Love,
Kelptyn Jack
